With the submission of your documents we will start the accreditation process. For this purpose, please fill out the registration form.
As soon as the registration fee has arrived in our account, we will contact you by telephone or email and arrange an appointment for a detailed telephone conference. (Telco via Skype, WhatsApp or Facetime)
After your documents (CV, certificates, references) and the sample texts submitted by you have been examined and have been considered to be qualified and meaningful, we will arrange the TELCO with you. Similar as in the case of an interview, we will determine whether you fit into the KHC team and whether all prerequisites for a long-term cooperation are given.
If we have agreed on a cooperation, the obligatory training is carried out independently of your professional history. You will be accompanied by an experienced KHC-Auditor during the execution of at least three Mystery-Checks.
On the first day you will join the auditor and observe the procedure whilst performing the quality check.
On day two you will already work out parts of a quality audit parallel to the KHC auditor.
On the third day, presumably at the 3rd hotel check, you have to develop the complete quality audit independently parallel to the procedure of the responsible auditor.
You will also be present at the final feedback meeting with the owner / director of the respective hotels of all the quality audits carried out, and thus you will be able to experience the entire range of the KHC auditing process.
On the last day we will explain to you the KHC manual in detail and discuss how you can adapt it to your individual needs.
If we agree that you will be able to carry out independent audits after this training, we will conclude a franchise partner contract.
As soon as this is signed with us, we will provide you with the necessary marketing equipment (company profiles, business cards, USB sticks, etc.) and set up the Internet domain relevant for you as well as e-mail accounts.
The basis for your acquisition is thus created. You can now use the acquired acquisition tools and the marketing concept to build up your business contacts.
The franchise fee to be paid to KHC in future is based on your actual turnover and is calculated at 33% of your net sales – in other words: one third of the fee you have achieved with the respective client will in future be transferred to the KHC-HQ. We will coordinate the accounting procedure with you individually.
The partner must establish / own a legally independent company in the respective country named Kadner Hotel Consulting within 3 month after signing the franchise contract.
